Thomas Cleveland was equally impressed by the spacious atmosphere and variety, noting how well the Greek salad was packed. Similarly, Juan Mateo Menendez found irony in finding some of the best cheesesteaks at a burger joint; he also appreciated the gluten-free options available, which are made in-house—no more bland, mass-produced options!

The Philly cheesesteak was traditional and delicious. The bread was nicely toasted enveloping the tender chopped steak and onions with perfectly melted cheese. The staff were super friendly. Will definitely return on my next Philly day-trip!

One of my coworkers had a good looking salad and I asked him where he got it. Gouldburgers. I went to check it out. Nice place! Spacious. Small tables with chairs. Also seats at the window. Variety of food. Salads. Cheesesteaks. Breakfast sandwiches. Pleasant staff. I got the Greek salad. They really load it up!

How ironic that a place with “burger” in its name has one of the best Philly cheesesteaks! Don’t get me wrong, the burger is also excellent, but the Philly cheesesteak really blew me out of the water. Also love that is was friendly to gluten-free needs. Wow! I’ll be coming back here for sure.

My spouse and I recently discovered this restaurant while searching for a dining option that could accommodate my dietary needs (gluten-free) in the Parkway Museum District of Philadelphia. Naturally, we were craving a cheesesteak, but options that cater to gluten-free diets seemed to be limited in the area. Thankfully, we found this place, which advertises gluten-free bread and dedicated gluten-free fryers. I have to say, their gluten-free bread is impressive; it’s one of the most delicious gluten-free breads I’ve ever had. It seems to be made in-house, as it doesn’t resemble mass-produced options like Udi’s, which many places rely on. My spouse who does not eat gluten free said their normal in-house-made bread was just as good! The cheesesteaks themselves had just the right amount of cheese and meat, and the overall flavor was satisfying. During our visit, the owner waited on us, and I can honestly say he was one of the sweetest and most welcoming people we’ve encountered in Philly. His genuine hospitality added a nice touch to our experience. Overall, we had a very positive experience and appreciated their thoughtful approach to gluten-free dining. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending this spot to others seeking delicious options in the Parkway Museum District of Philly.

Sorry for sharing a picture of the food I already started to chow down on but I had to share how good this burger looks and hopefully y'all can see the quality in it. First of all, they use only olive oil which is fantastic for allergies! Secondly, great consistency on the meat and cheese, and you can tell they don't skimp on quality from the bun to the pickles. Yes, it's a solidly decent price, I agree, but for a special occasion mid-day lunch, I think it really hits the spot. I'll definitely be trying the hotdog or the fried pickles next time. The guys behind the grill were super nice and chill, so definitely recommend stopping by to say hi!
